Low-Power CO2 lasers
from Kern Technologies

The sealed-off CO2 lasers KT100, KT150 and KT200 are being produced since 2013 and sold worldwide. With an output power (cw) of 100 Watt, 150 Watt and 200 Watt all three are structural identical and with a weight of approx. 20 kg very easy to integrate.

A collimation optic and a red beam pointer are already part of the laser.

These laser sources can be used either in pulsed mode or cw mode for a multitude of applications.

Features

  • Quasi-CW output power: 100 W, 150 W and 200 W
  • Seald-Off-technology
  • Wavelength 10.600nm
  • Excellent beam quality M² < 1.2
  • Circular polarisation
  • integrated RF excited
  • Designed for 24/7
  • Fall and Rise time < 50 µsec
  • light & compact

Medium-Power CO2 lasers
from Kern Technologies

The Sealed-Off CO2 lasers KT250 and KT400 are in Kern’s product portfolio since 2016 and very popular because of their high output power. With 250 Watt and 400 Watt both lasers have identical outline and therefore a power upscaling is very easy.

The higher power level will allow customers to process a wider range of materials as well as cut thicker materials faster.

These laser sources can be used either in pulsed mode or cw mode for a multitude of applications.

High-Power CO2 laser
from Kern Technologies

The sealed-off CO2 laser KT650 with 650 Watt CW output power is the latest member of the KT-series and has just passed CE certification allowing to be sold in the European Union. KT650 has the same structure than KT250 and KT450, so existing customers can easily upscale the laser power for higher processing speeds.

With 650 Watt output power, the very small footprint per Watt and only 59 kg weight the KT650 is the world’s most compact CO2 laser in it’s power class.
